How we confirm it is you

You send the claim.
Which listing is yours, and what needs changing.
We write to the contact already on the listing.
The email or the website contact we found when we compiled it. Replying from there is the check, so there is no account to create and no document to send us. If that contact is out of date, say so and we will find another way.
We make the edit.
Your listing carries what you sent us and shows “Confirmed by the guide”.

Two of us run Reachwater and every claim is read and answered by a person, so we will not quote you a turnaround we cannot keep in the middle of the season. If something on your listing is wrong in a way that matters now, say so and we will take it first.
